Scenario (1997)
The Denver Art Museum will feature a three minute video clip of "Scenerio" performed by the Ballett am Rhein in 2014 in their forthcoming costume exhibition. For this dance Merce Cunningham used costumes designed by Rei Kawakubo (Comme des Garcons), one of the designers who is being featured in a future DAM costume exhibition. The exhibit takes place for eight months from Sept 2016 through May 2017.

L.A. Dance Project MinEvent
The L.A. Dance Project will present a MinEvent as part of their Joyce program from June 13 - 25. Performed on select evenings, the MinEvent was arranged and staged by Silas Riener (MCDC 2007 - 2011) and includes repertory from "Septet" (1953), "Springweather and People" (1955), "Suite for Five" (1956), and "Changeling" (1957). info

Cédric Andrieux will perform "Cédric Andrieux" – Solo dance, April 26 - 28 in Aubervilliers, France. "Cédric Andrieux" a solo piece set by French choreographer Jérôme Bel on dancer Cédric Andrieux features excerpts from Merce Cunningham's "BIPED" (1999) and "Suite for Five" (1956). In this piece, Andrieux looks back over his career – at his early apprenticeship as a contemporary dancer in Brest, then at the Paris National Conservatory of Music and Dance, and subsequently as a dancer with the Merce Cunningham Dance Company in New York (1999 - 2007). info
